We are seeking an AI Research Scientist to join our Multimodal Generation Research team. The role exists to develop algorithms based on state-of-the-art machine learning and neural network methodologies, advance our understanding of data research and post-train foundation models using various techniques.
What you'll do
- Develop algorithms based on state-of-the-art machine learning and neural network methodologies
- Advance our understanding of data research
- Post-train foundation models using techniques such as Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), Direct Preference Optimization (DPO), and Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA)
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a relevant technical field
