We are small, and not currently hiring.

Honest answer first: Houtini is small. The work is led by Richard with specialists brought in for specific phases. We do not have open roles, and we are not trying to grow into a 50-person agency.

What we do have is a network of senior practitioners we work with on real engagements. If you are an exceptional engineer or AI practitioner (the kind of person who has actually shipped MCP servers, agent infrastructure, or production search work) and you have read enough of our writing to know whether you would suit how we work, write to us.
