We are seeking a Workplace Coordinator to join our team at Brainlabs, the High-Performance media agency. As a Workplace Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring that our workspace is productive and enjoyable for all staff members.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve communication
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with office software and systems
