We're looking for our first North American hire for Tech Operations, you will work alongside our existing UK based Tech Operations team to help ElevenLabs scale globally, as the technical point of contact for the region.
What you'll do
- Automation first mindset with experience managing configuration at scale for macOS
- Experience in Technical Operations, DevOps-adjacent, or IT Engineering roles
What you need
- Expertise with Mobile Device Management tooling (e.g Jamf, Kandji, Fleet)
- Experience with SAML, SCIM and OIDC and Identity Access Management (Okta, Google Workspace)
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash or similar) with a proven track record of automating compliance checks, device configurations, and other IT security tasks
