As a Team Lead you’ll guide and empower a high-performing sales team within the Mid-Market Business Group to deliver outstanding execution and drive adoption of Meta’s AI-powered solutions across APAC. You will foster an collaborative, client-centric, and innovative work environment, consistently exceeding ambitious sales targets through operational mastery and personalized, scalable solutions for clients across multiple industries.
What you'll do
- Lead, develop, and coach a sales team, fostering a employee-centric approach aligned with Meta’s values.
- Achieves ambitious sales targets and leads the team to exceed quotas.
- Drive client adoption of Meta’s AI solutions to deliver measurable business results, and use AI to automate insights, personalize outreach, and optimize sales processes for greater impact.
What you need
- 10+ years experience in tech/sales, with a proven track record of hands-on selling.
- 3+ years leading, coaching, or mentoring high performing sales teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proven sales execution skills: able to drive urgency, discipline, and results in a high-volume environment.
- Advanced data literacy, should be proficient with multiple dashboards, data analysis, and using insights to guide team direction and drive efficiency.
