As a Team Lead you’ll guide and empower an industry-leading sales team within the Mid-Market Business Group to deliver outstanding execution and drive adoption of Meta’s AI-powered solutions. You will foster a client-centric, and innovative environment, consistently exceeding ambitious sales targets through operational efficiency and personalized, scalable solutions for clients across multiple industries.
What you'll do
You will stay ahead of vertical and product trends, using creative thinking and cross-functional expertise to develop scalable solutions. You will identify well informed sales strategies and drive clarity, focus, and accountability. Supporting Account Managers, you will build relationships with key partners both internally and externally. Clear communication of business goals and informed decision-making will drive impactful outcomes.
What you need
- 10+ years experience in tech/sales, with a proven track record of hands-on selling
- 3+ years leading, coaching, or mentoring high performing sales teams
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology or similar field
