We're seeking a talented individual to join our People & Culture team as a Talent Management Operations Partner. This role will play a critical part in helping leaders, managers, and the P&C team understand our talent and make informed decisions.
As a key member of the Talent Operations team, you will be responsible for analysing and manipulating data to develop executive-ready insights, dashboards, and narratives to support leadership decision-making. You will also create templates, processes, and frameworks that can be leveraged by the team in the future.
Your primary focus will be on improving our data analysis capabilities, particularly in the area of talent management. You will work closely with the P&C Analytics team to identify opportunities and recommend solutions to optimise our existing process operations, with a focus on efficiency and impact.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
