Job Description

Summary

Google DeepMind are looking for a talented Talent Management Operations Partner at their London office. This role sits at the heart of strategic decision-making, turning market data into actionable insights for a company that's revolutionising haptic entertainment technology. You'll work directly with leadership to shape the company's direction in the cinema and simulation markets.

About the Role

The Talent Management Operations Partner will work closely with the People & Culture team to develop and implement strategies that drive business outcomes through talent management. This role will be responsible for analysing and manipulating data to develop executive-ready insights, dashboards, and narratives to support leadership decision-making. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical skillset, structured thinking, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities

  • Analyse and manipulate data to develop executive-ready insights, dashboards, and narratives to support leadership decision-making.
  • Create templates, processes and frameworks that can be leveraged by the team in the future.

The Candidate we're looking for

Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, strategy, consulting, or a related role.

Technical skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, proficiency in SQL, with a track record of building automations or workflow scripts (e.g., Apps Script, VBA, or JavaScript-based automation tools) to bridge data gaps.

Personal attributes:

  • Exceptional ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders.
  • Bias for action: Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured, fast-paced, challenging environment.

Benefits

  • Work collaboratively across the broader People & Culture team, particularly the P&C Analytics team.
  • Quickly gain an in-depth understanding of our Talent Operations so you can anticipate problems and identify solutions, using your judgement and discretion to determine and plan the next steps of your work.
