About the Role
The Talent Management Operations Partner will work closely with the People & Culture team to develop and implement strategies that drive business outcomes through talent management. This role will be responsible for analysing and manipulating data to develop executive-ready insights, dashboards, and narratives to support leadership decision-making. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical skillset, structured thinking, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

- Create templates, processes and frameworks that can be leveraged by the team in the future.
The Candidate we're looking for
Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, strategy, consulting, or a related role.
Technical skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, proficiency in SQL, with a track record of building automations or workflow scripts (e.g., Apps Script, VBA, or JavaScript-based automation tools) to bridge data gaps.
Personal attributes:
- Exceptional ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders.
- Bias for action: Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured, fast-paced, challenging environment.
