About this role
We are looking for a versatile recruiter to join our team in a context of hyper growth. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring across multiple functions, including GTM (Sales, Solutions Architect, Pre-sales) and corporate functions (ideally Engineering as a minor).
As a Talent Acquisition – US (Contractor), you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, developing and owning search strategies, and delivering research against those strategies for searches across various business and corporate functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and bespoke candidate experience.
- Develop and own search strategies and deliver research against those strategies for searches across various business and corporate functions.
- Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Identify, attract, and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
- Dive deep into data and root cause issues.
- Proactively identify and solve problems.
- Help improve our process, documentation, tooling and talent market intelligence.
- Identify candidate closing strategies and proactively coach and inform candidates through the entire recruiting process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, services, and processes.
About you
- Autonomous and self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks.
- Experience in complex recruiting and autonomous hiring in outbound contexts.
- Experience working to recruit in highly competitive talent markets.
- 4+ years of experience recruitment for fast-paced, demanding environments.
- No ego and highly committed to deliver.
- Able and keen to jump from strategic topics to very hands-on work.
- Ideally, you have a track record of recruiting both in business and tech roles.
- Ideally, you have experience hiring for Enterprise software companies.
- Experience in complex recruiting and autonomous hiring in outbound contexts.
- Experience working to recruit in highly competitive talent markets.
- Open learning mindset and fast learner, demonstrated capacity to quickly grasp new complex subject matter, and understanding of new markets, areas, roles, and business initiatives.
- Capability, credibility, and consultative skills to influence senior colleagues and stakeholders without authority.
- Professional brand of personal accountability, drive, work ethics.
- Ideally, proficiency with Lever.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Target-driven, detail-oriented, and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
