We are looking for a versatile recruiter who has experience hiring across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will have a track record of recruiting both in business & tech roles, ideally for Enterprise software companies.
What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and bespoke candidate experience.
- Develop and own search strategies and deliver research against those strategies for searches across various business/Corporate and potentially technical functions (GTM, Partnership, Sales, Corporate, Engineering)
What you need
- Experience in complex recruiting and autonomous hiring in outbound contexts
- Experience working to recruit in highly competitive talent markets
- 4+ years of experience recruitment for fast pace, demanding environment
- No ego and highly committed to deliver
- Able and keen to jump from strategic topics to very hands-on work
- Proficiency with Lever
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Target driven, detail oriented and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
