We're seeking a Support Operations Specialist to join our AI Agent Management team. As a Support Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our AI systems. You will work closely with our research and engineering teams to identify and resolve issues, develop and implement process improvements, and provide exceptional support to our users.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to AI system performance and user experience
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of AI system operations
- Provide exceptional support to users through various channels, including email, chat, and phone
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Identify and escalate critical issues to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, operations, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI systems and machine learning
- Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and services
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
