Opening. This role is responsible for managing the construction of new data centers and capital improvement projects associated with existing data centers. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and contractors to drive project outcomes.
What you'll do
- Project management and oversight of construction related activities for new builds or general capital projects.
- Driving costs down and schedules shorter while maintaining quality.
- Provide Construction Management for specific initiatives aimed at increasing the resiliency of our data centers.
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience reading and interpreting construction specifications and drawings for all domains.
- Experience in MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems.
- 10+ years of construction management of large, complex projects involving large-scale mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) plants experience.
