We are seeking an experienced Sr. Director of Product Engineering and Quality to lead our engineering team.
As Sr. Director of Product Engineering and Quality, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:

Defining and driving the technical vision and roadmap for our products or services, aligning with company goals and objectives.

Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of scalable and robust engineering solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

Managing engineering projects from conception to delivery, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.

Establishing and maintaining rigorous quality standards and processes for software development, testing, and deployment.

Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization, including product management, sales, marketing, and customer support, to understand requirements and priorities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; master’s degree preferred.

10+ years of experience in product engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex engineering projects from conception to launch.

Deep understanding of product development methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on results.

Experience working in or with gaming or consumer products is a plus.
This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA. The starting base pay for this position is $185,000—$240,000 USD per year.
