You will join Microsoft Advertising at the forefront of the digital advertising industry. We are seeking a SMB Demand Planner to deliver high-quality advertiser demand for available audience supply and advertising product opportunities on the Microsoft Advertising Platform.
Responsibilities
- Convert supply and product opportunity areas into demand priorities for the SMB segment in collaboration with key stakeholders and as part of overarching demand planning efforts.
- Drive growth activation plans and programs adapted to a range of service models (outsourced/through-partner, self-service).
- Anticipate, validate and articulate product fit and implementation challenges from a customer perspective, providing actionable insights.
- Problem solve and drive segment-level correction of error efforts.
- Utilize insights from customer cases and support tickets to proactively develop and communicate solutions to product and engineering teams.
- Identify and propose incentive/acceleration opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field and 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field and 6+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field and 8+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
Benefits
- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year.
- There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 – $258,000 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
