About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll blend creativity, curiosity, and technical depth to help drive projects from concept to launch. You'll partner closely with engineers, designers, other PMs, and AI researchers to turn ambiguous ideas into user-delighting experiences. You will:
Contribute to defining a product area by understanding user needs and behaviors, writing product requirements, and supporting end-to-end development, launches, and iterations.
Work through roadblocks and help teams ship quickly and iteratively.
Translate business goals into product strategy, user experience, and technical requirements in collaboration with UX and AI model teams.
Define success metrics, support experimentation, and use data to guide decisions.
Dive into data to understand user behavior, product performance, and new opportunities.
Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Model our culture and values in daily work.
Accountabilities
- Conduct in-depth market research across cinema and simulation sectors, identifying emerging trends, competitive threats, and partnership opportunities that directly inform the company's quarterly strategic planning sessions

Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in product management
