As a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft AI, you will be responsible for driving product features that bridge traditional search and an AI-first world, ensuring coherence across experiences. You will bring solid UX judgment, paired with enough backend understanding to make sound product tradeoffs. You will be AI-first in everything you do—from analysis and problem framing to solution design—while understanding the probabilistic nature of AI systems.

The Candidate we're looking for
Experience:

- Solid UX and product craft instincts, including experience shaping layouts, interaction patterns, or end-to-end user journeys.
- Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, staged rollouts, hypothesis-driven development).
