About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage your own portfolio of advertisers, driving both revenue and client satisfaction by ensuring our Microsoft Advertising offering is valued and understood, linking customers’ needs and objectives to our solutions, and building personable and trusting relationships that increase customer satisfaction. The Account Manager is a core member of the account team focused on driving data-driven optimisations aligned with client needs, executing campaigns, and driving solid coordination of internal resources for excellence in execution of core tasks, account transitions, and client account health.
Accountabilities
- Ensure account health by proactively monitoring all activities, while seeking feedback to grow more of their business and creating long-term strategies to improve the client experience.
- Establish the business value of Microsoft’s advertising solutions by proactively developing solid, comprehensive understanding of clients’ marketing needs delivering advertising solutions into overall marketing strategy
