About the role
Anysphere is reimagining how code is written. Our GTM team is the bridge between that future and the world’s top engineering organisations. As a Sales Manager, you’ll work closely with founders, engineers, and operators at leading companies to help them realise the full potential of Cursor.
This is not a traditional sales role. You’ll blend strategy, storytelling, product understanding, and customer empathy to build trusted relationships and help engineering teams adopt a fundamentally new way of working.
What you’ll do
- Building and owning strategic relationships with technical decision-makers
- Running high-context, high-conviction sales processes from first meeting to close
- Translating user feedback into insights that shape our GTM strategy and product roadmap
- Helping define what world-class sales looks like at Anysphere
You’ll work closely with the founding team and have a direct impact on how our product is adopted by the world.
You may be a fit if
- Have 3–8 years of experience in high-touch technical sales (e.g. enterprise software, developer tools, or AI platforms)
- Are energised by working with engineers and love diving into how things work
- Are comfortable owning ambiguous problems and creating clarity through action
- Communicate crisply and have a bias toward speed and quality
- Are curious, entrepreneurial, and excited to build in an early-stage environment
