As Constructor's RVP – Enterprise Sales, you'll be responsible for managing a team of Enterprise Account Executives. You should feel a personal responsibility for the challenges, development, and success of your team.
What you'll do
You'll be responsible for ensuring your team of Enterprise AEs run a tight sales process, and for developing and reporting on sales/pipeline reports to the Head of NA Sales.
- Responsibility 1: Training and developing Account Executives – hiring, onboarding and ongoing sales enablement
- Responsibility 2: Identifying key figures and inflection points in deals
What you need
- Required skill 1: 6+ years of proven experience selling technical enterprise SaaS solutions
- Required skill 2: 2+ years of sales management experience in SaaS
