We are seeking a Reverse Logistics Manager to lead our reverse logistics efforts and drive continuous improvement across our organisation.
As a Reverse Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for reverse logistics that align with our overall supply chain and business objectives. This includes identifying opportunities to streamline reverse logistics processes, reducing turnaround times, and improving cost-effectiveness.
You will utilise data analytics to monitor and report on return trends, inventory levels, and performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance operations. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, customer service, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of reverse logistics processes.
In addition, you will manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and vendors to ensure efficient returns processing and cost management. You will also ensure that all reverse logistics operations comply with relevant regulations, including environmental and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field, and 7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or reverse logistics, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Essential skills include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in logistics software and data analysis tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
