We're looking for a Research Engineer to join our team. As a Research Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI systems that meet our high standards of reliability, interpretability, and steerability.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI systems that meet our high standards of reliability, interpretability, and steerability
- Collaborate with researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders to ensure that our AI systems are safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation of our AI systems
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong background in machine learning and AI
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with natural language processing or computer vision
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or GCP
