- Work with our policy team to ensure that our AI systems align with our values and goals
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of our open-source software
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong background in machine learning and AI research
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java
- Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
