We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to manage end-to-end interview logistics, build efficient scheduling workflows, and ensure that every person who engages with our hiring process walks away impressed by our speed, quality, and care.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling across product engineering, and business roles — coordinating complex multi-stakeholder panels across time zones
- Serve as the primary candidate touchpoint from first to final interview, ensuring every interaction reflects Perplexity’s speed and quality
What you need
- 1–3 years of recruiting coordination or similar experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with ATS and modern scheduling tools
