The Public Policy Programs & Campaigns Manager for Brazil is key to advancing Meta's AI-first strategy in Latin America's largest market. This role requires an AI-native professional—someone who not only understands AI technology and its ecosystem, but can credibly articulate its value and navigate its policy implications with government leaders, business stakeholders, and internal teams.
What you'll do
Design and implement policy programs that address regulatory areas including AI, Youth, Privacy, and digital platform governance. Coordinate large-scale training events and capacity-building programs for SMBs, entrepreneurs, and government stakeholders. Help drive adoption of Meta AI and Gen AI solutions through government and SMB partnerships.
What you need
3+ years of experience in public policy, government relations, or program management. Demonstrated expertise in build relationships with government stakeholders. Practical experience at program/event management skills at scale. AI-native experience: Demonstrated track record with AI tools, conversant in AI technology concepts, and able to credibly discuss AI capabilities with technical and non-technical audiences.
