We're looking for a Prompt Engineer to join our team at Anthropic. As a Prompt Engineer, you will work closely with our research team to develop and refine prompt engineering techniques that enable our models to understand and respond to user input in a safe and beneficial way.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance and safety
- Collaborate with research team to design and implement experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of prompt engineering techniques
- Work with product team to integrate prompt engineering techniques into our products
- Analyse data to identify canses of model failure and develop strategies to mitigate them
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with natural language processing and machine learning
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with large language models
- Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques
- Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools
