We're seeking an experienced and creative Program Manager to lead our AI transformation work across the Global Policy team as we transition to becoming an AI-native organization and company. This role will be responsible for identifying and implementing AI solutions to drive productivity, enhance decision-making processes, and enable our teams to focus on high-priority work.
What you'll do
Refine and execute a comprehensive AI transformation strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where AI can drive significant impact and improve business outcomes
Work with partners to design and implement AI-powered solutions that address specific business challenges and opportunities
What you need
8+ years of experience in a program or product management role, with a focus on change management and AI or digital transformation
Bachelor's degree in political science, business/strategy, economics, legal, communications, public Relations, or a related field
