About the Role
As a Principal Product Manager – Commerce, you'll be responsible for understanding user and business needs, defining clear requirements, and driving execution across engineering, design, and partner teams. You'll set strategy, align stakeholders, manage delivery through launch and iteration, and ensure outcomes are measurable, high-quality, and scalable. In this role, you will learn how to operate lean teams that obsess over users, make high-quality decisions grounded in evidence, and ship continuously. You'll develop the ability to move quickly from insight to impact, delivering real, immediate value to users. As the AI landscape evolves at an unprecedented pace, you'll gain hands-on experience working at the center of that transformation, building products at the heart of how AI is reshaping the world.
Accountabilities
- Influence others to drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas across divisions.
- Identify long-term investment opportunities and engage partners to garner support for those feature areas.
- Translate business goals into strategy, user experience, and technical requirements in close collaboration with Applied Science, Data Science, Engineering, UX, and Product Marketing/Sales teams.
The Candidate we're looking for
Experience:
- 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
Technical skills:
- 5+ years experience with data analytics and experimentation tools with working knowledge of SQL and coding skills (Python, Javascript).

- Proven ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment, fostering knowledge sharing and growth within the team.
Benefits
- Product Management IC5 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 – $274,800 per year.
