Meta is seeking a construction professional to join their design, engineering, and construction organization as a Preconstruction Manager. You will collaborate closely with their leadership and delivery teams to manage projects from site diligence to design kick off through break ground on site and GMP execution.
What you'll do
You will be responsible for successful execution of large-scale commercial agreements with external partners from concept kick off through construction start, including coordination of multiple team inputs, evaluation and allocation of risk, and incorporation of commercially responsible terms into construction contracts.
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in all aspects of Preconstruction: Budget Development, Scheduling, Change Management, Risk Management, Negotiation, etc
