We're seeking an experienced Platform Integrations, Marketplace Quality Assurance Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform integrations and marketplace quality assurance operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality platform integrations and marketplace quality assurance processes. You will work closely with our engineering, product, and operations teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and ensure that our platform integrations and marketplace quality assurance operations meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality platform integrations and marketplace quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement
- Develop and implement solutions to improve platform integrations and marketplace quality assurance operations
- Ensure that platform integrations and marketplace quality assurance operations meet the highest standards of quality and reliability
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality platform integrations and marketplace quality assurance processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with data analysis and process improvement
