ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're seeking an exceptionally talented Paralegal to support our in-house legal department. In this role, you'll provide critical support to the legal team across a variety of areas, including contracts, corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, and enhancing overall legal operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage legal billing and legal vendor invoicing issues
- Assist with drafting legal briefs, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Manage data and document collections and assist with e-discovery services
- Develop and implement processes to streamline legal operations, integrate technology tools, and drive overall efficiencies.
- Be a swiss army knife: pitch in for anything needed in the legal department, even if it's unfamiliar or not in your lane.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with Google Vault and Relativity preferred
- Have a strong sense of ownership, be inquisitive and enthusiastic about technology, enjoy being continually challenged, and can demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks independently
- Team-first player and be highly mission-driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset
- Tech-savvy with an understanding or keen interest in emerging technologies like AI
- Notary registration or a strong interest in obtaining certification is desirable
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
$100,000 – $150,000 USD

ITAR REQUIREMENTS:
- To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorisations from the U.S. Department of State.
