We are seeking a Paralegal – Litigation to join our team. As a Paralegal – Litigation, you will support our litigation team with legal research, document preparation, and case management. You will work closely with our lawyers to ensure that cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation cases
Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Assist with case management, including organizing and maintaining case files and deadlines
Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates
Analyze and interpret complex legal information to identify key issues and develop strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or related field
2+ years of experience as a paralegal in a litigation setting
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
