We are seeking a high-judgment, well-organized, self-motivated, and creative digital communicator to lead our employer brand presence across owned talent social channels. As a successful candidate, you'll have a proven track record of rolling up your sleeves to strategize and execute bar-raising social content focused on driving awareness and consideration of Amazon as a top employer.
What you'll do
- Content Strategy & Calendar Management: Own and manage the global content calendar across all employer brand social channels, ensuring strategic alignment with hiring priorities, recruitment events, and business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with recruitment teams and business leaders to align social strategy with hiring priorities
- Innovation: Drive experimentation and testing of new social platforms and formats to reach diverse talent pools
- Content Ownership: Conceptualize and execute best-in-class social content – using a range of formats and tactics – that’s driven by customer obsession, audience insights, social trends, and the public environment.
What you need
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with features, trends, and developments across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
- Experience using design and video editing software, including CapCut, Canva, Adobe, and on-platform editing and creation tools
