About the Role
As an Education Engineering Manager, you'll manage and grow high-performing teams in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment, with a strong emphasis on launching impactful products to market. You'll drive the development of innovative, consumer-facing AI features such as study & learn modes and quiz generation, helping to set industry standards and deliver meaningful experiences to learners. Passion for education technology and hands-on leadership are essential, as is the ability to spot underlying issues and iterate quickly.
Accountabilities
- Hire, manage, and lead a team of software engineers responsible for delivering high-performance.
- Drive the development of innovative, consumer-facing AI features such as study & learn modes and quiz generation, helping to set industry standards and deliver meaningful experiences to learners.
The Candidate we're looking for
Experience:
- 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in software development, with a focus on AI and machine learning.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
