As a manager of the Service Test Engineering team, you and your team are responsible for defining, developing, deploying, and sustaining hardware screening test solutions and repair/refurbishment processes to support Amazon Devices products.
What you'll do
In this role, you will:
- Develop partnerships with internal technical stakeholders and external suppliers to define the test strategy for devices returns.
- Ensure successful implementation into global and regional support strategies.
- Manage resources and investments in CapEx to tactically deliver results in alignment with organizational and business unit strategies.
What you need
- 7+ years of new hardware products development experience
- 7+ years of engineering team management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
