We're seeking a Manager, Applied AI Solutions Architecture – Partnerships to join our team. As a Manager, you will lead the development of strategic partnerships to advance our mission of creating reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of strategic partnerships to advance our mission
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, investors, and industry leaders
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform partnership strategy
- Work closely with our Business Development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a technology or software company
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with AI or machine learning a plus
