As M&A Tech Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving innovation and expansion through strategic acquisitions. This role combines a strong technical background with strategic vision.
What you'll do
- Identify and evaluate M&A opportunities that align with our technical and business goals, impacting Mistral’s ability to innovate and expand our market presence.
- Conduct technical due diligence on potential acquisition targets, evaluating their technology, products, and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams to assess potential acquisition targets from a technical perspective.
What you need
- A degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, etc.)
- Deep understanding of concepts and algorithms underlying machine learning and LLMs
- Knowledgeable in AI or machine learning product implementation with APIs, back-end and front-end interfaces.
