We're seeking a Legal Operations Specialist, Tooling & Enablement to join our team. As a Legal Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the legal operations function at Anthropic. You will work closely with our legal team to develop and implement processes, tools, and systems to support the growth and success of our organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain legal operations tools and systems to support the legal team's workflow and productivity
- Analyse and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with the legal team to identify and implement new technologies and systems to support their work
- Provide training and support to the legal team on new tools and systems
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in legal operations or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience with legal technology and process improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with legal project management software and tools
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts
