Meta seeks a highly experienced commercial transactions lawyer who thrives in a deadline-focused environment and can drive execution of contracts to support the network infrastructure team in the US. In this role, you will handle commercial negotiations and regulatory issues related to the development and operation of communications infrastructure that is critical to Meta's services, business operations, and AI aspirations.
What you'll do
Structure, draft, and negotiate a broad range of agreements in support of the expansion of Meta's network infrastructure, including joint build agreements and supply contracts for the construction of fiber-optic cable systems, dark fiber leases, and IRUs, colocation, and cloud networking agreements.
What you need
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution
- Active and in good standing bar license in at least one U.S. state or equivalent foreign bar license
- 5+ years of legal experience as a practicing attorney, including at a law firm, in-house, or in government
