We're looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join our team. As an IT Systems Engineer at xAI, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT systems, as well as providing technical support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement new IT systems and infrastructure to meet the needs of our growing organisation
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing systems to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively
- Provide technical support to our team, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to our systems and processes
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
- Experience with designing and implementing new systems and infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to have:
- Experience with cloud-based systems and infrastructure
- Knowledge of network security and protocols
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
