As an Inventory Specialist at xAI, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency of our Site Operations warehouse. You will organize inventory, manage RMA processes, handle data entry, and ensure accurate tracking of assets to support our data center and infrastructure needs.
What you'll do
- Organize and maintain the Site Operations warehouse area, including shelving, labeling, and optimizing space utilization.
- Manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes, including inspection, documentation, and coordination with vendors for returns and repairs.
What you need
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field
