We're seeking an Internal Event Manager to support our internal event strategy and execution. In this role, you'll develop and implement a comprehensive events plan, manage our new event spaces, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver exceptional experiences for Mistralers.
As an Internal Event Manager, you will:
- Support and execute a strategy for internal events, ensuring alignment with Mistral AI's culture and objectives.
- Plan and manage events from start to finish, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and service providers in Paris.
- Act as the primary contact for internal teams hosting events in our new HQ.
- Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- +8 years total, with +5 years as Event Manager or similar role, ideally in a corporate or tech environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A network of trusted vendors and venues in Paris.
- Fluency in English and French.
It would be ideal if you also have knowledge of AV and technical event requirements, familiarity with CRM or event management software.
