As our IFRS Lead, you will make Mistral AI IFRS-native by owning our transition from French GAAP to IFRS, shaping the financial backbone of one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI scale-ups.
What you'll do
- Lead the Group’s IFRS transition in collaboration with external advisors.
- Monitor IFRS regulatory developments and applicable frameworks for external financial reporting.
- Analyze and document accounting treatments for complex transactions (position papers).
What you need
- IFRS Expert (10–12 years of experience): You have a proven track record in IFRS, including experience leading an IFRS transition project (ideally in tech, SaaS, or high-growth environments).
