We are seeking an experienced HR People Ops EMEA to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, coordinating employee benefits administration, leading HR projects, and ensuring legal compliance.
What you'll do
- Oversee daily HR operations concerning employee inquiries to ensure prompt and effective responses.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Lead HR project with external vendors to deliver the best services to our Employees.
- Ensure legal compliance and mitigate the Company’s risk by having a basic understanding of relevant employment laws (specifically France, UK, Germany, Spain).
- Maintain employee handbooks.
What you need
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally including experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of the French law & HR policy, employment regulations, as well as HR best practices.
- Cross country experience, managing employee populations spread in different geographies.
- Experience managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention, and exit.
- A thorough understanding of local, national, and international payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance and avoid penalties.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive results.
