We are seeking an experienced HR People Ops APAC to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, coordinating visas for new hires, leading HR projects with external vendors, and ensuring legal compliance and mitigating the Company's risk.
What you'll do
- Oversee daily HR operations concerning employee inquiries to ensure prompt and effective responses.
- Coordinate visas for new hires and for team's work trip abroad.
- Lead HR project with external vendors to deliver the best services to our Employees.
- Ensure legal compliance and mitigate the Company’s risk by having a basic understanding of relevant employment laws.
What you need
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8-15 years of progressive HR experience, ideally including experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of the singaporian law & HR policy, employment regulations, as well as HR best practices.
- Multi-country experience in APAC (Singapore, South Korea, Australia, India, Japan…)
