We are looking for an HR Data Analyst to join our Central Operations, Responsibility, and Engagement team. As an HR Data Analyst, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making in our People & Culture teams.
This role will focus on leveraging data analytics and data science techniques to drive strategic decisions and generate insights. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand the key challenges and opportunities, and build data solutions to drive tangible organizational outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working directly with stakeholders, including senior leaders, to identify, scope, and prioritize high-impact analytical questions.
- Conducting rigorous, end-to-end analyses to uncover insights, model trends, and answer complex questions.
- Translating complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for diverse audiences through presentations, reports, and dashboards.
- Developing and maintaining tools (dashboards, reports) to provide ongoing visibility into key metrics and empower stakeholders with self-service analytics where appropriate.
- Collaborating with stakeholder teams to highlight data gaps and advocate for the collection of telemetry needed to improve future analyses and decision-making.
