We are looking for an HR Data Analyst to join our team in London. As an HR Data Analyst, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making in our People & Culture teams. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand the key challenges and opportunities, and build data solutions to drive tangible organisational outcomes.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Working directly with stakeholders, including senior leaders, to identify, scope, and prioritise high-impact analytical questions.
  • Conducting rigorous, end-to-end analyses to uncover insights, model trends, and answer complex questions.
  • Translating complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for diverse audiences (technical and non-technical) through presentations, reports, and dashboards.
  • Developing and maintaining tools (dashboards, reports) to provide ongoing visibility into key metrics and empower stakeholders with self-service analytics where appropriate.
  • Collaborating with stakeholder teams to highlight data gaps and advocate for the collection of telemetry needed to improve future analyses and decision-making.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of building relationships, presenting recommendations clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, and influencing to ensure your recommendations are acted upon. You will also need to be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and deliver high-quality insights in a dynamic environment.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about enabling every employee to do their best work, by bringing a data lens to strategic business problems around our People & Culture strategy. If you are looking for a role that blends HR and analytical skills, this is the role for you.

There are two profiles that would be great for this role:

  • Profile 1: You've been working in an HR role for a number of years, you have learnt some analytical skills to make you even more effective. You would really like to level up your technical skills and try a full time data role.
  • Profile 2: You are an experienced data analyst or data scientist working in the HR space or really interested in the space.

Essential skills for both profiles include stakeholder partnership, delivery and execution, domain interest/experience, and AI fluency. For Profile 1, additional essential skills include practical problem solving, passion for learning, and domain experience. For Profile 2, additional essential skills include analytical problem solving, advanced SQL for analysis, and applied statistics/quantitative skills.
