We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineering Lead to join our team at Meta Reality Labs. As a key member of the hardware systems engineering team, you will lead the convergence of complex and novel sub-system and product architectures for state-of-the-art consumer mixed reality systems.
What you'll do
- Lead hardware and technology teams through all phases of engineering design, development, and validation to bring complex MR products to mass production
- Foster strategic relationships with cross-functional peers (engineering, research, business, design, and user research) to define product requirements and architecture
What you need
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent industry experience such as Product Design
- 10+ years of experience in integrated hardware and software product development with a proven track record of successful market deliveries
