Meta is seeking an experienced Hardware leader with a background in electrical engineering, product design, and complex system design to lead our HW Sustaining Engineering team. As the head of a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, you will define and implement workflows for developing and supporting the next-generation of custom wearable systems.
What you'll do
As the Hardware Sustaining Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Intake PRQs from researchers, engineers, and product managers
- Liaise between researchers, mechanical, electrical, and software engineers
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of hardware experience in mechanical, electrical systems, and/or software
