We're looking for a GTM Strategy & Operations professional to join our team in Munich, Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our AI products.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform our product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our AI products

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop sales enablement materials and execute lead generation campaigns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology or software industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AI or machine learning technologies
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
- Certification in project management or operations excellence
