We're looking for a commercially minded GTM Recruiter to contribute to hiring across our organisation in EMEA and the US. This role will focus on recruiting for: Sales (Enterprise, Mid-Market, SMB), Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions / Sales Engineering, and Marketing.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end hiring across GTM functions in EMEA and the US
- Partner with Sales and Customer leaders to define hiring plans aligned to revenue targets
What you need
- 5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on GTM recruitment
- Experience hiring across Sales, CS, Account Management and Solutions roles
